Gets very good priority in the entire route and arrives before TVC Mail at MAS. Rarely i have seen this train arrive after TVC Mail.

You never know. sometimes agents might actually ask them to pay the price saying nothing else is available hence they are forced to travel with higher fare.
Sometime back I was actuaally surprised to see few people in 3AC in the CAPE-Dibrugarh exp boarding from PGT. They had reservation. Not sure whether they themselves or maybe their employer paid for the tickets !!!
