Edited as i can do that much only....Cancellation i oppose from rfing point of view, support from commercial view :)

If the train already there with another no then please don't add NEW one .
Edit the train from the list , then simply change the train no from " edit name " coloum & update the TT . Don't forget to unmark the " To Be Introduce " option , while you are updating TT .
