Sare jahan se accha express runs on diesel engine on DHN_Howrah section also so i think it will get diesel engine from kolkata itself or Loco can be changed at Barkakana.
if the train will start from koaa with diesel engine no way, the loco will be changed in brka. becase from ghd to kmz, the section is not electrified.
