Yesterday, I have received sms that train is cancelled at 7:00 pm.
In a hurry, I booked an alternative ticket in legendary Tamil Nadu Express.
And at 11:00 pm, again received one more sms that train is restored.
Same thing happened in January when the cancellation & restoration is done within a span of 4 hours.

Since it was restored, no need of refund. But I certainly had to pay for cancellation charges booked in alternative train.

Yes. Yesterday when sms was received even in IRCTC it showed as Train cancelled.
