Was it an unmanned crossing that barely gets used? Because there still needs to be some kind of basic road for a vehicle of that kind to pass through. In either case, that driver[road] should be charged with endangering the lives of hundreds of persons just to save some minutes by taking a shitty shortcut.

Err, what you see in Bihar is actually an IMRROVEMENT in things.
