Of course...IR totally ignoring VSKP. Last time SHM-YPR also bypassed VSKP and also not atop at DVD
They neither run spls nor bring back diverted trains to VSKP.Ecor a big booka to VSKP.
VSKP is just like CBE in other terms.
SR ignores that n here ECOR ignores this.
only thing, ECOR makes damn lots of profits with freight n gives nothing in terms of passenger.
