I want to travel to Nasik from Pune. As there is no direct train from Pune to Nasik. If i book tickets till bhusaval and can I deboard in Igatpuri as it has a Technical halt and catch another train to nasik.

You can do this since you'll be deboarding at Igatpuri simply but I think you'll find Buses more convenient from Pune for Nashik. You'll anyways be spending close to 5.5 hours minimum just to reach Igatpuri itself. Changing Train at Igatpuri and then going to Nashik City from Nashik Road can be hectic also taking into account effort it takes to reach Pune Junction.
Road is comfortable enough, have travelled by Car, Shivneri Buses, Activa, Meteor 350 and ShivShahi Buses. 4-5 hours is maximum with a Break- Given you don't find traffic at Chakan or Rajgurunagar.

Thanks for the suggestion.

By Road it is difficult for me as my wife and son are not comfortable travelling by road as they have vomitting issue. Before we use to travel by 11025 Pune bhusaval exp but now it is permanently cancelled. That is why i have to use this option.

Was onboard 37010 WAP-7i Santragachi (SRC) hauled 20821/Dn. Pune - Santragachi Humsafar Exp (पुणे - सांतरागाछी हमसफ़र एक्सप्रेस) and met my long time best friend Amit Kumar Singh from Bhilai
Attached are some pics taken during my journey where initially 1st night I slept over coach attendant's seat by befriending him since my seat was RAC and I was traveling with my dad. Next day morning after Akola, TTE arrived and he alloted me Lower Berth which I exchanged with Side Upper berth which was immediate to my already RAC alloted Side Lower berth. Another thing to mention was my co-passenger was carrying a Persian pussy cat!
