Ya Northern Railways can do it,but its just my conspiracy that hapa comes inside jamnagar so NR decided to run one time to hapa & other to jamnagar as there must be a load of passengers using these 2 trains its just my thinking but merging is an option rest is upto NR your opinion may vary ✌️
