IIRC, Manwar Sangam has an RSA with another train due to which it runs with A1 and B1 coaches.
The only solution to tackle this problem is to allot dedicated rakes for this train. RSA with LKO BSB is biggest reason for often cancellation of BRK ICE.
I have spotted this train couple of times and seats were quite easily available in all classes though a few people had booked in SL. The AC coaches were almost completely empty and sometimes, it seemed, locked from inside. I spotted, like 1/2 people in 2A.
Winter fog reason is byllshit.
This train has RSA with 14203 Lucknow Varanasi Intercity and NR can't dare to cancel that train, but theyre more than happy to cancel this one instead.

The CRS inspection of remaining 8km Akbarpur - Jafarganj single line section has completed and second line has been opened.
The entire Jaunpur-Barabanki via Ayodhya rail route is now doubled and electrified.

This marks the completion of Jaunpur - Ayodhya - Barabanki rail doubling and Electrification, a project that took 4 years.

Interestingly they didn't give stoppage on Jaunpur City even tho this train stops at Jaunpur Jn in its regular route.
12226 Kaifiyat Express was diverted to LKO-SLN-JOP-JNU-SHG and it arrived shahganj before time, this shows that in future train from Azamgarh can run via SHG-JOP-SLN and will take less time than Ayodhya route, as Loco Reversal will not be needed.
Pahle is train ki koi khair khabar nahi thi, jab man karta tha NR cancel kar deta tha.
But rammandir banne k bad iski izzat bahut badh gayi hai because ye AYodhya ko Varanasi se jodne wali eklauti Passanger train hai.

I think this extra loco is added to avoid loco reversal at Ayodhya dham & Mankapur.
Haa same doubt lekr mai bhi aaya tha check krne. I think dead locomotive nhi hai ye..!! Usually dead locomotives working locomotive ke baad attached hote hai..!!

Gonda varanasi mid may attached hwua ...Bahraich tak na le gaye ye isiliye tm spot na kar paye
Push Pull add kar dein, then TT aur tight kiya ja sakta hai. BSB to AY in 3h50m is acceptable but uske bad faltu ka slack de rakha h NER ne.
