UTTARANDHRARAILSEVA~ 1840 blog postsVillupuram Purulia Bi weekly Exp has been extended up to Tirunelveli. It is very useful to the passengers who wish to go to Kanniya Kumari and Thiruvananthapuram. In the same way Kharagpur Villupuram weekly Exp should be extended up to Tirunelveli.
If possible Both Purulia Villupuram Bi weekly and Kharagpur Villupuram weekly Exp trains should be extended up to Nagarcoil jn.

Rather it should be extended upto DHN or ASN. It will make sense for both the operational as well as patronage perspective.
Prr has no pit lines; after arrival at PRR every night the rake have to be brought upto Adra 40 km for secondary maintenance. And in morning it have to reach Prr 20-25 mnts before its schedule departure. This congest the lines particularly morning slot of Adra-prr.

Better they club all trains and run 2 days to Purulia, 3 days to HWH from Trichy and 2 days from Kanyakumari with 2 separate rakes all with a single slot. Tambaram Guwahati/Dibrugarh can be shifted to VMM kharagpur slot.
