Giridih News: दिल्ली-गोड्डा एक्सप्रेस ट्रेन का न्यू गिरिडीह स्टेशन पर हुआ स्वागत

A weekly express train connecting Delhi to Godda via New Giridih and Jamua arrived at New Giridih station on Thursday morning at its scheduled time of 10:35 AM. The train was welcomed by station staff and Chamber of Commerce officials, who also greeted the train's locomotive pilot and guard with garlands....

The Chamber officials welcomed the operation of this train, stating that it would boost trade in Giridih as it provides direct train access to Delhi for the first time. They also highlighted the potential for job creation locally. The Chamber members encouraged railway officials to improve station facilities and congratulated Kodarma MP and Union Minister Annpurna Devi and Godda MP Nishikant Dubey for expanding rail services in Giridih. The train is currently operating weekly but will become a regular service starting October 14th, departing from Delhi to Godda and returning to Delhi from Godda, arriving at New Giridih station at 3:30 PM.

Chamber ke adhikariyon ne is train ke chalane ko swagat yogya kadam batate hue kaha ki yeh Giridih wale logon ko pehli baar Delhi ke liye seedhe train ki suvidha dega, jisse vyapar mein badhava milega. Unhonne local level par rozgar ke mauke khulne ki baat bhi kahi. Vyavsayion ne railway ke adhikariyon ka haunsla badhate hue station mein suvidhayen badhane ki jarurat batayi. Iske liye unhonne Kodarma MP aur Kendra Mantri Annpurna Devi aur Godda ke MP Nishikant Dubey ko Giridih mein rail seva ke vishtaar ke liye badhai di. Is waqt yeh train saptahik chalti hai, parantu 14 October se yeh Delhi se Godda ke liye niyamit chalne lagegi. Godda se vapas Delhi jaane ke liye yeh train New Giridih station par 3:30 PM par pahunchegi.
