If cities like Surat , Nagpur can be skipped then what is so special about gwalior that it can not be skipped and how much is demand from gwalior towards nanded. They have multiple options. You can not have each and every city connected to metros that is hard fact but that does not mean that place is ignored.
On a side note bhaskar used to be a good news paper overall when mr ramesh agarwal was there but not it has become total trash
