One AC 3 Tier & Two Second Class Sleeper coaches will be temporary augmented in Train No 06511/12 Yesvantpur-Jaipur Weekly Special ( Via Vasai Road) w.e.f ex Jaipur from 29.04.14 to 01.07.14 and ex Yesvantpur from 27.04.14 to 29.06.14 .
RAILWAY BOARD REVISES COMPOSITION OF TRAIN NOs.06511/06512 YESVANTPUR-JAIPUR-YESVANTPUR WEEKLY EXPRESS
As per the directives of Railway Board, the composition of Train Nos.06511/06512 YESVANTPUR-JAIPUR-YESVANTPUR WEEKLY EXPRESS will be revised and run with conventional rake instead of Garibrath rake, since the existing Garibrath rake is being transferred to South Eastern Railway.The existing and REVISEDComposition are as follows:-
Train No. 06511 YESVANTPUR-JAIPUR WEEKLY EXPRESS will run with revised composition temporarily of total 18 coaches, consisting of One AC 3-tier coach, Eleven Second Class Sleeper coaches, Four General Second Class coaches and Two Second Class luggage-cum-brake Vans-cum-disabled

Yes, Zone itself orders for Rake manufacture either at RCF/ICF whenever they need it. Zones pay for the rakes and own 100% maintenance cost. IR doesn't have to do anything for it. When IR announces new train, it is the responsibility of the zone to arrange the Rake for that train.
Ok. Is it not a loss? for one zone to sell it's popular, well patronage, train to another zone, just because ICF is no more manufacturing Garib Rath ?
SWR procured Garib Rath coaches for running 12255/56 YPR - PDY Exp. As the rake was lying idle for almost 5 days, they were running 06511/12 as special train. 12255/56 was not doing well at all. And there was no chance of 06511/12 getting regularized in the budget as IR will not announce any more Garib Raths. Hence SWR decided to transfer the rake to SER.
This is best example of hardworking(06511/2) vs bad luck(12255/6).
