We should not give tip as it encourages them to ask still more ppl and their will be no happiness left in serving ppl if anyone of them not give tip so it creates greediness in them we only responsible for them to ask tip. We should stop this one soon as possible. It even changes his inner behaviour and make him greedy about asking tip.
Recently IRCTC introduced new dress code.... In which 'NO TIPS PLEASE' is written in bold letters on their clothes.... Still they ask for tips

travelled by dehradun shatabdi last week and to my surprise the food was excellent
The evening snacks were good 1 fresh lime juice (better than mangojuice which is always given ) paneer patties (great as better than boring samosa or kachodi ) peanuts packet soan cake and 2 éclairs
Soup was good sweet corn and croissants were given
