I think JRLE to NJP best Train h Teesta Torsa Express..
In all aspects punctuality, safety, cleanliness! seat availability is not so good but best train to njp from jrle better than Kamrup... Because seat availability in Teesta Torsa is far better than kamrup.... if you are planning for Darjeeling and Gangtok then this train is best ... And it's timing at njp is very good.....

Runs late regularly. Toilet is not cleaned up. Down journey may be more horrible. High chance of getting WL ticket confirmed. Often gets late before MLDT. Water is loaded from NJP. Gets very low priority on the tracks.

as the name suggests.....should have been the flagship train of north bengal..........just needs more priority and WILL on part of the stakeholders........greater punctuality,strict maintenence,running should be implemented...............
but should do away with some really useless stoppages......
