Train is maintained very well throughout the route. The OBHS staff do their work perfectly. On day 2 b/w GUNA -SINGRAULI train is cleaned almost 4-5 times, and also room freshner is sprayed after every cleaning work. Toilets are clean and liquid soap is present in all AC coaches. Cleanliness standard - 5/5. DOJ - 12/6/17 KOTA-BRKA, 3AC.

Private vendors with WCR badges on their shirt pocket will take order of food after train departs ashok nagar. 100 for veg thaali and 120 for egg- thaali. Veg consisted of 4 small sized chapatis, rice, daal, aaloo-matar subzi, pickle, onion, raita. In egg thaali aaloo matar is replaced by egg curry of 2 eggs. The taste was good and quantity was also sufficient. Lunch is delivered after Sagour. Regarding dinner, at around 4pm again another vendor will come to take dinner order. Though this time bit costly. 120 for veg thaali consisting of 3 chapatis, daal, subzi, pickle, onion. Taste I cant say as I didnt order dinner. In dinner no non-veg is available. Dinner is served around 8 pm at some intermediate station between katni and singrauli.

Charging outlets present on both sides of the bay i.e. 1 in LB side and 1 in SL side. 90% of them work . This tip is of 3ac. In sleeper also maximum coaches had 2 outlets in 1 bay barring 2-3 coaches.
