Although this train is a regular train but still railway is treating this train as a special train , this train does not get preference , and as a special train every train crosses or overtake this train thats why this train run always late sometimes between kanpur and varanasi it get delayed by 5 hours and when train departs from indore it will be very clean but between the journey no one comes to clean the train , even this train is not included in CoachMitra app and also if you tweet regarding cleaniness cleanliness no one come to clean the train

New Jalpaiguri and onward station comes under General Waitlist Quota so if you are getting wl in station comes before new jalpaiguri then book till jalpaiguri if you are willing to pay more specially in 3ac you will find vacant seats sometimes
