Falaknuma Express is very punctual...good for railfanning

Excellent run right from HWH, always overtakes locals and intercity trains. Sometimes reaches KGP and BLS before time.

As the train has its PM by South Central Railways, the cleanliness of the whole train is without any question and the sleeper coach never spills out with UR or WL Pax even from HWH. The problem that you'll face in this train is that there will be too many eunuchs and beggars all the way round and they generally roam around the sleeper coaches. If you get up from HWH then youll be amazed a bit because everyone goes to the upper berth and just doze off! :P The pantry service of the train is excellent, provides tea with Marie/digestive biscuit for Rs 10 and breakfast items include Standard breakfast meal (Bread-cutlet/Bread-omelette), Upma vada and also chowmein. For railfanning, The SL berth of the Sleeper is the best according to me.

Too much good in terms of Punctuality, Cleanliness and Food. But only problem is unreserved pax will enter in reserved compartment after Balasore. So little uncomfortable. Otherwise it is a top class train and gets VIP type preference enroute.

This train usually gets delayed between BHC - VSKP but covers it all and more often than not, arrives SC on time.
1 of the most high priority trains in HWH - BZA route, Next only to Coromondel or you can say both are equal too
