Those who are booking on last day or day before, can wait for it and avail discount.

Still lot of people don't wait for Current Reservation to open and book in discounted rate, they book at full price even on date of journey. Even when they train is less then 50% booked.

U can charge ur phones & Lappy.
U can watch a movie on Lappy with Plugged on. Can be good pass time & Sipping in hot Coffee.
