If travelling to/from intermediate stations, and you see a pooled quota WL, don't worry and just go ahead and book it. Since in the actual GN quota from source to destination, usually around 100 berths are vacant at the time of charting. Which means that all the pooled quota WL would be cleared, even after doing so, we would have close to 100 berths vacant.
This situation might not be same in peek seasons or festival seasons. Please use this tip at your own desecration.

Hey, I used travel through this train From Kollam to Tenali. when ever i got holidays to go home. Best thing about this train is you will get Sleeper tickets easily any time apart from Sabarimalia season. Worst thing is you wont get proper food. Near Katpaddi Junction or Jolarpettai Jn Outside catering people will come and take the order for lunch. The food provided by them is utter waste. They Will charge Meals and Egg Biryani Rs 70/- not a penny is worth better to arrange your food from home or have some snacks for lunch otherwise take food in Katpaddi jn. About the punctuality of train it always comes early to the renigunta junction from there it will get delay 30 mins- 1 hour to tenali junction. The Train is pretty clean apart from S7, S8,S9 Coaches and these coaches wont have charging points also.
