I traveled on 28 May from NDLS to HBJ. They served a welcome drink right after we left - tea or coffee, 2 bread slices, and butter. I'd give it a 4 out of 5 rating. We had breakfast after Kosikalan (before Mathura) - 2 bread slices, butter, 2 cutlets, and sauce. I'd give it a 3.5 out of 5 rating. For lunch after Jhansi, we got 2 bread sticks, tomato soup, and butter. That gets a 4 out of 5 rating. We also had paneer dish, dal, rice, 2 chapatis, dahi, pickle, salt, and Barista ice cream. It wasn't tasty, and the chapatis were uncooked, so I'd only give it a 2 out of 5 rating. The pantry staff were cool and gave us extra chapatis during lunch. They also served us tea or coffee when we asked. But they asked for tips right after lunch.

Yo, the journey was on Feb 19, 2019 from NDLS to AGC. Train stopped at Faridabad for 40 freaking minutes. Food-wise, had some dank lemon juice and The Hindustan Times for refreshment, followed by morning tea after we left New Delhi, which came with a tea kit and a pack of 1 Marie Gold Biscuit containing 2 Biscuits. Breakfast went down near Mathura where I picked the veg option and got Cutlet, Boiled Potato and Beans, Honey, 2 Breads, Ketchup and Butter. After that, we had some more tea after we left Mathura Jn. The speed was nice, except for the goddamn 40 minutes we were stuck at Faridabad. Washrooms were lit, no complaints there. Oh, and just before reaching Agra, the catering staff came around begging for tips, as if their food wasn't already overpriced AF. Didn't give 'em a penny though.

The train attendants gave out newspapers before leaving NDLS, but didn't give the Rail Bandhu magazine. Once the train left, they gave out 1 liter water bottles and lemon water. After crossing Faridabad, a catering boy gave tea with ordinary cups that had "Swachhata Abhiyan" written on them. The tea was not hot enough, and also came with digestive biscuits. Breakfast was served at Mathura station, but no one was asked what they wanted. Just before Morena, another member of the pantry staff came with fennel seeds and asked for a tip which was shameful since they don't deserve it. The coach was in poor condition- very dirty, with a 3/10 rating for cleanliness. The behavior of the staff was not good, they couldn't even manage to provide hot water for tea and still begged for tips, with a 1/10 rating for behavior. The breakfast was okay, with a 5/10 rating for food. However, the speed of the train was awesome and we reached Agra 10 minutes early and arrived on time at GWL, with a 10/10 rating for speed.
