Yes. I am telling NR trains as a whole including CBC,ICF, LHB and hybrid LHB rakes.
this train is actually extremely neglected by NR and SR.This train is not fit to be running on tracks and this rakes should be discarded and given LHB

by the don't you think is very suspicious that train bogie was almost empty and you got the RLWL ticket. there not a chance that so many people cancel the reservation.

Prabu Rajkumar~ 409 blog postsThough this train doesn't have scheduled Commercial halt at Villupuram Jn(VM) , it halts at VM for 5 min . Passengers from VM/TPJ/MDU can board this train at VM...But no bookings from VM is permitted , u have to book the ticket from PDY only....
Now booking allowed in one way that is towards ndls side (22403) VM is now a commercial stop. But in return direction (22404) though the train stops at VM for few minutes it does not have commercial stop
