So, here is my report based on end-to-end travel in Sleeper Class of this train on 25th October, 2019:-

Cleanliness: 2/5

no OBHS throughout the journey (cleaning of floor and toilets took place at Bilaspur, but that was it).

Punctuality: 5/5
This train usually maintains its schedule throughout its journey.
.
Food: 3/5
ONE ADVICE is to CARRY YOUR OWN FOOD if possible.
.
Locations for getting food enroute are:-
DINNER: Udaipur City (from station premises before boarding)
BED TEA: Plenty of vendors
BREAKFAST(in the form of SNACKS): Bina Malkhedi/Saugor
LUNCH: Katni Murwara
DINNER: Bilaspur
BED TEA: Tatanagar/Kharagpur

As there is no Pantry Car, so one has to purchase meals from stations having such facility, which are very few in number throughout the entire journey.
I still remember that during my journey returning from our college tour, some snacks were loaded from Bina Malkhedi on the 2nd day morning, nothing before that (I and others were probably not expecting to get any food before Katni Murwara). Then, lunch was loaded from Katni Murwara, and dinner from Bilaspur.
NOTE: E-Catering is available at Bilaspur (some of my friends ordered pizza from Dominos).

Ticket Availability: 5/5
You should easily get tickets in this train, as it is the least preferred one in its route. As I was travelling during the Diwali season, thus my coach was full. Otherwise, on any other day, there would hardly be 50% occupancy.

Railfanning: 5/5
The train passes through some very scenic routes throughout the day time.The only kink is that the Bhanwar Tonk Ghats pass just after sunset.
.
Safety: 1/5
Throughout the journey, not one RPF Personnel came for any sort of inspection (except for Saugor to Katni Murwara). Plus, daily passengers start boarding from Guna and Bina Malkhedi onwards till Shahdol, which puts the safety of one's luggage in jeopardy.
.
All in all, if travelling in a group, your journey should be one to remember, like mine was !

Haa, agar 50% se kam occupancy rehti toh koi issue nehi hoti. Par full occupancy ke liye kam resources thi. Aur AC3 ke toilet ka bhi kuch khaas accha condition nehi tha, kyuki mere kuch classmates wahi toilet use kar rahe the. Waha bhi paani khatam ho gaya tha Bina Malkhedi ke just pehle.

Mere Saath bhi Ananya mein hua tha...jb Kolkata se wapas aa raha tha...I was in ac3.KOAA pe jb train khadi thi, coach me bahut garmi thi, humein laga ki train shuru hone ke baad AC on ho jayga, pr andar itna suffocation home laga, upar se attendant ne blankets laake rakhne start kr diye, usko pucha to vo Bola ki AC to on hai, pr thanda nhi ho raha tha...for TC vagerah aaye unko bola, Bardhhaman tk to halat kharaab hone lag gayi, TC bola ki AC ki Team Bardhhaman pe check karegi. I was like "Ek Rajasthan ke insaan ko garmi me rehne ki aadat hai pr it was too suffocating that I can't even handle" fir thodi der baad dusra Banda aaya aur us attendant ko daanta usne..ye words bola "B* AC on krne ke liye bulaya hi nahi muje..he was the one who operates AC in each coach"...

Pata nehi, par ek daily pax mila tha NKJ se, unhone hi bola ki Diwali ka time tha isliye SL mei itna rush tha, nehi toh khaali hi rehta hai baaki time. Aur woh aadmi kahi baar 19660 le chuka hai NKJ se SHM ke liye, kyuki Shaktipunj se jaldi pahuchta hai.

oh, degraded a lot!!! I travelled in June 2017 (in opp direction from KGP-KOTA), that time its maintainance & cleanliness was good. Ya, Food is a problem in this route. None of the trains have pantry car and food is not available at most of the stations. E catering helps to an extent. While boarding, atleast 2-3 bottles of water is must in this route, especially in AC coaches, as they are behind and no vendor comes there. In my HWH BPL journey, I was able to buy water only at Katni murwara, where I bought 2 bottles.

Bsp-bina section one of the very good section of IR, a freight heaven, natural sceneries heaven and that for rail fans with clear cut mps action;.and then an economical backbone of IR..
But if you are a station food lover or the one without pantry/home food , you go in for a toss.
Nothing much to mention here in this department. Except puri bhaji, samosa, aaloo bonda, tasteless aaloo curry -rice combo you won't get much and that too in limited quantity.
