I am thinking whether passengers got their breakfast lunch or not. I don't know why it's so hard to implement strict rules for unauthorised passengers. Why don't they deploy teams of rpf along with ticket examiners within and outside trains.

Purnea k itne bure din nahi aaye jo ara se compare kiye jaye. Just a small piece of city data. Only edge that ara will take is the city comes on trunk line in railway route. And one more thing purnea katihar the people of these districts are way civilised if you will compare with the poor and free me chadhne wali mentality of ara and nearby areas. People are not jealous of ara. There is nothing in ara to be jealous of. A dirty station as such whenever there are cleanliness rankings , plethora of poor mindset people habitual of travelling free to and fro to nearby areas these all are the reasons why irians even outside bihar hate the region. This is simply a railway platform that's why these are the only issues highlighted here rest there are many.

On any day check charting post malda to some nearby station as well. Anyway this might be complex for you. Simply do an rti and you will get the response of patronage. Because I feel you won't be able to analyse charting data correctly.

Ek baat batao clearly state karo ki kis baat pe confuse ho. Kota se HO quota me seats available hai ya nahi. Agar ye confusion hai to hogi hi. Ab tumhare question ka jawab. Han Maine lagwaya hai HO quota Katihar junction se un trains me jinme katihar se RLWL hota hai. Suppose awadh assam jo dibrugarh se aati hai usme dedicated HO hota hai katihar se. Dibrugarh ki charting ho bhi jayegi uske baad bhi Katihar se agar HO lagta hai to RLWL GNWL me badal jata hai.

I don't know how people are saying k ye confirm hoga. Upper classes me WL waise hi rigid hoti hai cancellation almost nil jo yhan bhi evident hai. Agar HO lgwa skte ho then well and good nhi to journey date pe ye fas jayegi kyuki cancellation nhi hi hoga isme mostly.
