The dealio is that the second main line loops and connects at Mao's end with the current down line which is being used as an up line by both KR and SWR. Whenever a bunch of trains are heading to RN, they jam up the down main line. So, picture this - a train rolls in from VSG at MJO Outers and has to chill there for a bit, waiting for the all-clear coz the RN-Mao line is taken up by KR and SWR. How do you reckon KR and SWR are gonna fix this mess?
