The 1st reason for proposing this train is connecting SSPN to costal AP,hat is why it TT is slowed and made to reach SSPN in the morning.
And SCR did not keep more efforts to change the schedule and SWR has its own reasons of PF occupancy and route conjestions at YPR,info i got in conversation with one of engineering staff at BZA

Prev MTM has PF issues and maintenance issues thats why it was not asked for daily...to some extend 17225 has made daily and SCR will use the slot of 18047 from BZA towards SWR via NDL and DHNE
And after capital announcement and all SCR has proposed GNT-MYS as bi weekly
