Thanks for the appreciation, as also to Mr. Jain for reciprocating.
Just a little bit of nostalgia. Some of the earliest supporters of this site were actually from Germany, France and some other European countries. The site was first noticed and patronized in France way back in July 2008, receiving mentions in many forums. Please click on this link for an example. click here
In those days, almost half of our traffic came from the US & Europe. Although it is well acknowledged that France, Germany & Japan lead the world in...

International forums therefore usually point to India and this site as well to showcase web technology aspects, rather than railways, per se. Currently, the US, UK, France & Germany comprise the largest segment of our international traffic.
Although India is a well-known outsourcer of software technology to other countries, back in 2008, India did not have many publicly available native/owned products to demonstrate superior technology. One of the ancillary goals of this site was to showcase cutting edge software technology that may compete with the likes of Google. Focus was given, not to just lard the site with technology, but to be conservative and give importance to what was actually needed, and then look for available technology. Our members are therefore invited to point this website to their international peers, as a site that may stand head-to-head with the world's leading-edge software houses. If there is criticism or if any specific drawbacks are cited, they are free to write in the forum, and we shall look into the same.
Thanks.
