I have travelled a lot since 2003 when it was introduced, but neither do i know the code which they use on the chart to identify the 10% doctors. Neither have I actually seen a doctor being called for duty. So the point is, my knowledge is in theory...but you may have seen a doctor being identified from a chart...

there is a code for rmp(registered medical practitioner)but i cant recall the code...way back in 2009, my niece was unwell and i contacted tte and a rmp came to attend her on brahmaputra mail...he asked for his fees after attending. The tte straight away asked me not to give as he was given discount for this very purpose...he also gave some drugs to my niece...for free...
