I've already mentioned in the linked blog that Vaishali is the prime choice of my family since 20+ years (I've plenty of trips on IRI to prove it). They aren't Railfans like us. So it's obvious that they must have noticed the poor maintenance and cleanliness level of "new" LHB coaches, and found it unsatisfactory than the "old" ICF rakes.
If a train is having choked toilets and dirty floor even after getting Primary Maintenance, so it's obvious that CDO is incompetent and incapable of maintaining the train. Whole coach can't get dirty and toilets can't get choked within 5 hours of departure from SHC, right ? 2A passenger are generally much more hygiene conscious than regular SL passengers. Agar ek train mein choked toilets aur ganda floor hai even after Primary Maintenance, toh obvious hai ki CDO incapable hai aur train ko maintain karne mein asafal hai. Pura coach ganda nahi ho sakta aur toilets 5 ghante ke SHC se nikalne ke baad choke nahi ho sakte, right? 2A passenger generally regular SL passengers se zyada hygiene conscious hote hain. Toh passengers ko train ganda karne ke liye blame karne ke bajaye, better hai ke apne incapable SHC CDO ka galti accept kare.
