Few general tips that may help:
1) Clear App Data and Cache of NTES.
On most phones you just have to hold on the icon and click on the (i) icon or go to Settings Apps NTES = Clear App Data / Clear Cache. (clearing both is recommended)

2) Restart Phone
3) use Airplane Mode and refresh Your Internet Connection
Just enable Airplane mode and disable after few seconds
4) try to use a different WiFi network if you are on WIFI, or use the mobile data on your Second Sim (if you have one, or skip this step).
