The reason you see empty rakes of VSG trains at Madgaon is because they are sent to Savordem for parking due to space constraints at Vasco Da Gama.
Konkan Railways are so efficient that they have delayed this train by 2 hours before Panvel itself and now 12741 is running ahead of this special train.
And no this train should run from Vasco Da Gama few others terminating at Madgaon. Why should every Goa bound train terminate at MAO.

There must be a reason why Railway have not MAO PM of a single train after Konkan Kanya, Mandovi and those Diwa trains.
