1) The Dibrugarh- KOAA Express should be rerouted via Malda- Bolpur- Burdan- Bandel- Naihati instead of the present Malda- Azimganj- Katwa- Bandel. It is never on time. And its frequency should be increased to tri-weekly.

I beg to differ with the concept of converting SDAH Duronto into Raj.. It is already an extremely pampered train, and is making huge profits. Rather SDAH Duronto should be made daily.
And a Duronto between NJP and SDAH would work wonders. There is huge demand of AC Sleeper coaches on this route.
Plus there is no need to change timings of Shatabdi.. It is now getting fair number of passengers.

HWH NJP Shatabdi is not at all useless.. It is getting fair number of passengers.. Though Seat Availability shows a huge number of empty seats, but this train gets a fair amount of DOJ ticket buyers and last minute ticket buyers.. You come to HWH once, and see the no. of passengers of the Shatabdi when it pulls in..

1. I think it is much better to run via dake , bwn , bhp. Or after completion nasipur bridge run via NH , KNJ , BPC , AZ , NFK.
