It's very shame for Railway Minister that within 2 minutes all tickets booked by agents/brokers train no 09011. It's my personal observation.

And By the Way Now there are No Brokers as IR Use ID For Reservation.
Heardly some authorised passenger were able to get ticket. Rest are taken by dalals. It has been shown by many news channel how dalal had conform ticket while w/l is above 200,300 or even regrate.. ls railway minister is not knowing about this? But only problem is we accept easely what is going on let it will be continu. Its not our problem. Some are come out to even support them. Minister has taken a responsbility so he should look into every matter of railway. Batterment of passenger must be there first preferance.
i understand your frustration and even i feel exactly the same when i fall into such circumstances, but you need to realise, even we are at fault...

railways have done much...mock raids at prs, blocking agents to book tickets from 0800 to 1200, just two tickets per personal id from 8 to 12 hrs, id cards for all reserved tickets...

If any one want to see unautherized agent (Dalals)then visit to early morning to thane prs.....365 days of year u will see these same facec in front of counter.....also thane stn RPF & Tkt couter staff know that......but no one take action against dalals
I am with your words. People should avoide puchasing tikets from these dalals. But at the sane time no option is left for the people. Because they have to go there home. Especially in festive seasion. Hope for best. One special train more....
