Yes This has happen to me several times.. But Money will be refunded into your account within 2-3 days working.. Dont worry ,Also u can confirm through IRCTC Customer care.

I booked a Ticket from Counter for 4person in 12266 and Ticket is 295 individual as total amount is 1220 ... 40 rupees was added for Reservation Fees. Can any one tell me why it is added as I have also made E-Ticket booked which cost me 1180..!! Jus wanted to Why reservation fee is added.. :D
