The CRS sanction was given way back in Aug 2022 with a set of conditions that had to be complied before March 2023.
CR failed to comply so the CRS sanction became invalid. Now a fresh CRS inspection would be required for obtaining sanction for 130 kmph operations.

Manmad to Khandwa is almost 130 capable now (some small works are pending), but trains don't run at 130 kmph yet.

BSL KNW will also be upgraded with IGP BSL section. The latest update as of 04/09/2023 is that trials are being conducted with various trains at 130 kmph.
Trials have successfully been conducted with 12289, 12859 and 12105 last week.
We can expect 130 in IGP MMR BSL KNW and BSL SEGM sections in a month or so.

I travelled in 12779 on August 3 from MAO to PUNE. OHE poles were erected but there was no sign of any other OHE equipment or catenary between Kulem & Castle Rock.

Miss the days when it used to get a WAP-7, now it gets a WCAM-3/WAG-7M/WCAM-2, does not go beyond 105 kmph :(
