Mansoon is going to be a terrible season for Passengers travelling to Kerala via konkan route. Following trains are going to be "Tortoises" behind 16649-Parasuram Express as per Monsoon time table.

This is just bcos these trains are leaving Mangalore Jn 5 min late to Parasuram. Regular slow downs and stopping at Non- Stop stations will make the Journey of long distance travelers like hell.
Between Mangalore and Kochuveli these trains have only 8 to 10 stops whereas Parasuram is having 41 stops. 12 hours journey will be extended to 14 hours.
Railway should do something to help the poor long distance travelers.
