cleanliness has taken a back seat ever since RSA was done with Una JS. cockroaches and muck are the order of the day in non AC coaches. also people throw stones on 12055 injuring passengers between GZB and Modinagar stations.

now that this train has a 30 min stoppage at HW railways should attach extra coaches at HW to make this fast but weekly a 24 coach train for it to serve any meaningful purpose. presently DDN can take only 13 coach rakes and it is a criminal waste of precious energy and prime slot to run this train with 13 coaches only for 3500 km. railways should, in fact, attach extra coaches at HW to all trains using 6 AM dep slot from DDN, i.e., DDN-INDB, DDN-UJN, DDN-OKHA and also DDN-MDU trains to increase their capacities.

given the fact that Dehra Dun is connected with Mumbai with only super crawler 19019/19020 DDN-Bandra exp, it is requested that railways amend the timings of 12018 DDN-NDLS shatabdi and 22210 NDLS-BCT doronto slightly so that a transit gap of at least ONE hour is made available between the arr of 12018 and dep of 22210 so that residents of DDN can get some respite. i hope the railway minister takes note of this urgently and takes needful action without delay.
