Wil the berths change, like will it show berths available tomorrow or later in time?

If child age is 4 years 11 months, can I use the ticketless facility (no berth) ?
Online facility has only 1, 2, 3, 4 years, and nothing else.
What to do in this case?

I have to book bulk tickets from lingampally and secunderabad - > to hubli.

Hi Team,
I booked an E-ticket this morning from DWR to LPI (Train No. 11304) but I got an error message saying "This Site cannot be reached"
So, I tried to book once again. I booked the ticket from UBL to LPI (Train No. 17319) . This ticket got confirmed.
Later, I get a message to my mobile that the 11304 ticket is booked....

its a tatkal tkt.. Also , it is not my problem , it is IRCTC issue which showed me the error message, so that I booked another ticket.
