Are there any good quality food plaza/stalls/ vendors at platform 7 of BZA?
During my journey to NDLS, i look forward BZA for buying some quality food. But everytime end up buying dosa vada n sambar!!
Info about this station says , there is food plaza at platform 1. But all the time the same is out of reach while traveling via 12625 / 26

I stayed in retiring room @ Shimla station during feb 2019 for 48 hrs.
Pros:
Great view, working hot water geezer, clean rooms n quilt

Far from anyplace(u will have to walk, no autos...

" TRAVELING IS FOOD FOR SOUL "
starting with this phrase, i want to put emphasis to the word FOOD in my suggestion. We travel, we post pictures, news, etc etc. But however when it comes to food info on trains there is least. Take my example, i travel from TVC to many distant places ( farthest travel was SVDK). Not knowing what options i have on stations on route, i end up eating pantry food. As this is the only reliable source i have during my 48-60 hrs journeys. And...

these days news n vlogs are reporting not so good about on board pantry of railways. Why don't we members initiate.
What is suggest is:
1. At nearest station: options available, which platform, if possible what is good food item available.
2. In train : quality of food, amount being charged, food delivery via IRCTC or such apps.
There is a tip section under each category, but I think we should also include food and other facilities available in each train & station seperately. 1000s of our members are traveling, why don't we report the same to this informative site.
I m sure there will be long distance travellers like me, for whom such info will be of great help.

Query is regarding catering services:
Is the food quality getting better after catering price hike?
Have catering guys stopped selling la carte ( paneer curry etc..) along with standard meals?
Request to Admin / moderator : pls include a seperate section for members to post current catering charges and Rating / review for each train.
