The problem with this train is CR as they made 11097 PUNE-ERS Poorna Exp faster and changed it's TT due to which the timings of 02198 and 11097 was almost same for every station from MAO to SRR. Which was causing problems maybe they are making new timetable for 02198 due to this .. Maybe let's see.
Also this train should actually run on Monday with a little timing change . Because on Sunday this train faces MAO Rajadhani and MAO Samparkranti they both end up overtaking 02198 mostly and 02198 suffers a huge delay .
Maybe this train will start from JBP on Sunday instead of Saturday and slightly before the current schedule it was following so that this train can pass exactly ahead of Konkan Kanya or just behind Konkan Kanya from PNVL and can end up overtaking Konkan Kanya somewhere in KRCL.and can reach CBE by 00.00 next day

If somebody has the courage to tag WCR or Piyush Goyal on Twitter and ask about 02197/98 we may get details regarding what happened to this train it's actually a popular train in KRCL and SR

Maybe they are thinking to revive this as permanent train. Recently JBP-TEN SPL IRTTC paper was spotted on Forum..
I have traveled thrice in this train it's a good train . Maybe there will be a TT change as the timings of 02198 and 11097 is clashing having same times on the stations they halt from MAO to SRR.
