Any chances of it getting cleared?

Hi.. thanks. But TATKAL - WL 14 will confirm according to you? I actually am unsure if tatkal WL clears bcoz ppl cancelling tatkal tkts wont get any refunds. so cancellations are very less. also tatkal is only taken by ppl who wish to travel the very next day (24 hrs).
I am confused actually on whether taking tatkal waiting or not as I have never ever taken one.
Little bit of guidance would be helpful on this.

In Utkal Express, for Sunday 21st July, from Bilaspur to H.Nizamuddin, the status going on currently is RLWL38/WL27 for 3AC and RLWL22/WL10 for 2AC.
For 22nd July, its RLWL31/WL16 for 3AC.
Can anyone suggest whether I should go ahead and book the tickets? Can it get confirmed ?

Its not a PNR enquiry. I am trying to gauge by frequent travellers of this train so that I can go ahead and book tkts .
