My rake that day was clean. All the SER mail express trains are dirty. The condition of Gitanjali is poorer than Coro.

Yes, that is the main problem with SER. The number of rakes they handle per day is quite large in number.

In 2016, the rake which I travelled was very much dirty & even so in the previous trips. But this time was exceptional. Rake condition was in a good state especially our S1 was neat & clean. Washrooms were also in a good state though Western style wasn't available in our coach.

Yes bro. Noticed it. Problem arises when it enters TN too early. Ypr ppta, mas puri, mas hyb, mas maq & the locals dep made Coro enter mas delayed.

In my 2016 trip, it departed BZA 1.10 hr late. But entered MAS only 25 mins late. Even when it was crossing wimco nagar I was expecting the train to reach on time at MAS. But delay happened in Korukkupet & BBQ.

Well bro, it isn't new to me. Already took a ride in Kalka-Shimla NG exp. But this time uphill was a bit higher side. Tunnels here are very much lesser than Himachal but those small mountain rivers & steams are in huge number here. Seating arrangement was better in klk-shm, but here 6 seaters are covered by taking the full width of the train which made the coaches very crowdy & minimum movement wasn't possible.
But still when the train started I forget all these uncanny things happening around & enjoyed the fullest.

This was also my maiden ride in MG.
But as the passage is very small beneath the seats, many luggage (big trolley) won't enter. So I would rather suggest not taking knee patients. My mom is suffering from Osteoarthritis & it wasn't an enjoyable ride for her.
