In Shiv Ganga (12559) and other early train to reach NDLS it is very difficult to get the ticket in this short time.

When I travelled earlier in this train this train used to carry a pantry car .When I travelled this year I didn't see any pantry car in this train.Any reason why pantry car is removed?

It's just because of the change in departure time from Banaras (Manduadih) before the departure time was 19:40 and now departure time is 22:15 and almost reaches New Delhi at the same time as the earlier schedule.
I have also faced the same problem, NE Railway should at least add On-board Catering service for morning tea and for 12560 as it leaves New Delhi at 20:05.

Agree with you. Little early departure from Banaras may be around 21:30 can easily take this train to reach New Delhi before RJPB Rajdhani & for 12560 the 40 minutes slag between CNB - PRYJ & 20 minutes slag between PRYJ - BSBS can be removed.
