I am taking the pain to tell you about the grievances in garib rath. There are bedbugs all over the seats and we are really feel uncomfortable by seeing the rats and roaches run here and there. Please take the required actions, this my humble request to you.

Bangalore being an IT hub of India, it is unfortunate that we do not proper connectivity train to Ooty thru Coimbatore; earlier we used to have a nice connectivity schedule from Bangalore to Ooty thru Kanyakumari exp (SBC to CBE), Blue mountain Express (CBE to MTP) and then thru back to push train from MTP to UAM; unfortunately last 4 years such connectivity had been lost because of reschedule of Kanyakumari exp that reaches CBE only at 5:25 whereas Blue mountain Express leaves CBE at 5:15; it would be great if you can provide the connectivity by adjusting one of these two schedule or provide one direct train from Bangalore to MTP. That will help thousands of folks who wish to go to OOTY by train between Bangalore and Ooty.

How to check the technical halt at Roha as there are very few passenger halt and passengers have to travel to panvel to catch train which also passes/stops as technical halt.I one knows the technical halt the time can be saved.

my sister in law could not get into the 3 tier ac coach as the coach was locked from inside and there was no tt there to help. train 6001 - came 1 hour late to katpadi station and hardly stopped for 45 seconds- her berth was in coach b1 - berth no 9; but she had to get into the 3rd last coach which was a general compartment without any light. it is irresponsible on the part of this train to come 1 hour late, then leave within 45 seconds, general compartment was dark looks unsafe, there was no tt to help, ac coach was locked from inside. she is travelling alone and this is the state of affairs. i strongly complain about this and request you to take care of her.

3. less no of coaches
4. Passenger train numbering i.e. prefixed by 5 instead of 1 or 2.
5. slowest speed (though it runs on hill station)

Advance Railway date should reduced to 30-60 days instead current 120 day. As general public can't make plan of journey in 120 days advance. So they have to arrange ticket in tatkal only. This is not an easy task for general people to get tatkal ticket either online or offline. one has to approach agent only.
So if date reduced to 30-60 days, agent/broker's malpractice will come to halt.
