Just to add some information in the thread, I remember the following delays during 2018. PSK appearing in the attachment was ultimately 70+hrs late when it reached destination.

Also a quite unique incident occurred during the same time (refer last screenshot), (the then) current day 13006 overtook the previous day 13006 near Jhajha.

coming to most delayed train, I remember it was the Swatantrata Senani Express which registered more than 80 hours delay in one of its run, making it to the headlines in some newspaper of Bihar. I don't have the records though.

Very useful and interesting info regarding delay of Indian Railways and the most interesting was 13006 overtaking itself 😂. I had one similar instance back in 2016. My northeast 125060 express came 27 hrs delayed at kanpur and the real Northeast was 4 hours behind our train, however we didn't face the overtake till my destination KIR.
