The Vande Bharat Express was 20 minutes late. Despite the initial rush, passenger numbers are decreasing as people check their train timings online before coming to the station. However, those without access to online information face difficulties. The inquiry centers are overcrowded with people seeking train information, leading to confusion and a high volume of inquiries. Meanwhile, trains 14053/54 Himachal Express, 11077/78 Jhelum Express, 15707/08 Amrapali Express, 11057/58 Dadar Express, and 12919/20 Malwa Superfast Express were rerouted. The Chief Public Relations Officer of Northern Railways, Deepak Kumar, stated that every effort is being made to provide passengers with the best possible service despite the disruptions.
