Due to yard remodeling at Shahganj station in Lucknow, the operation of 14 trains has been changed. The following trains are cancelled: 14018 Anand Vihar-Raxaul Express, 14017 Raxaul-Anand Vihar Express, 09465 Ahmedabad-Darbhanga Sabarmati Clone Special, 09466 Darbhanga-Ahmedabad Sabarmati Clone Special. The routes of the following trains have been changed: 14649 Jaynagar-Amritsar Sarayu Yamuna Express, 14650 Amritsar-Jaynagar Express, 19165 Ahmedabad-Darbhanga Express, 19166 Darbhanga-Ahmedabad Express, 04651 Jaynagar-Amritsar Special, 04652 Amritsar-Jaynagar Special, 19053 Surat-Muzaffarpur Express, 19054 Muzaffarpur-Surat Express. The following trains have had their termination/origin stations changed: 13509 Asansol-Gonda Express will terminate in Azamgarh, and 13510 Gonda-Asansol Express will originate from Azamgarh.

On Sept 23rd and 30th, the 15636 Guwahati-Okha Express will run via Jafrabad-Sultanpur-Lucknow. The 15668 Kamakhya-Gandhidham Express will not stop at Ayodhya Cantt on Sept 25th and Oct 2nd and will run via Jafrabad-Sultanpur-Lucknow. On Sept 28th, the 19321 Indore-Patna Express will operate via Lucknow-Sultanpur-Jafrabad, skipping Ayodhya Cantt, Akbarpur, and Jaunpur. The 19165 Ahmedabad-Darbhanga Sabarmati Express (departing Ahmedabad on Sept 22nd, 25th, and 27th) will run via Barabanki-Gonda-Gorakhpur-Chhapra. The 19166 Darbhanga-Ahmedabad Sabarmati Express (departing Darbhanga from Sept 23rd to Oct 5th) will operate via Chhapra-Gorakhpur-Gonda-Barabanki, skipping several stations including Shahganj.
