This train should leave at morning 10:00 AM instead of evening 18:40 , in that case we have a morning train from Morning to chennai and can reach MAS around 05:00 AM and PM should be shifted to SR BBQ

Currently from MAS to mumbai there is a morning mail, afternoon express and evening LTT (Dadar exp) , in return no train start till afternoon or no morning arrival at MAS so its important we get a morning departure/morning arrival at MAS so if this train leaves Mumbai around 10:00 AM...

, it can cover the whole MH and KA at day and can arrive MAS at 05:00 AM and can go to PM from 05:00 to evening 18:30 PM at BBQ yard and can leave as LTT express at night 19:00 PM , in that case we have morning , afternoon, evening train from Mumbai to MAS too

Recently travelled from Pune to Trivandrum and Vice versa in 3AC.

Punchuality= Very Good. It was right time or before time on most of the stations. Lot of slack time given to this train.

It was Good. Little bit overpriced but taste was Good. U can depend on Pantry food on this train.But most of the times they were not selling RailNeer bottle from Pantry.

Cleanliness= Pathetic. This was the major minus point in this train. Cleanliness was pathetic. There is no Onboard Cleaning Staff. In AC coaches lots of cockroaches were roaming, Toilets were stinking, All the dustbins were overloaded they were not emptied in the whole journey. Due the this whole AC coach was stinking as the floor was dirty and it was not cleaned.
As in Pune it has only 1.3 hrs trurnaround time. Cleanliness is done secondary. But from Kanyakumari end Cleanliness was pathetic.

Conclusion= If u have other options then try to avoid this train.

12163 LTT-MAS SF Express hauled by a WAP-7 arrived at TU (09:30). Covered 77km from GTL in 50 minutes, excluding the stop times. 130km/h run between GTL and GY, 110-120km/h from GY to TU. I will post some high speed skips in a while.
