A Bina-Bhopal MEMU train on platform number one was stopped due to the accident. Avinesh had obtained his job through the railway's LARSGESS scheme, which allows employees to transfer their job to their children after completing 33 years of service and opting for voluntary retirement. However, the scheme is limited to roles like pilot, pointsman, and trackman.

two se guzar raha tha. Avinesh, track cross karte hue, train ki speed ka andaza nahin laga paya, jisse woh train ke neeche aa gaya aur uski jaan chali gayi. Platform number one se ek Bina-Bhopal MEMU train ko Bhopal bheja gaya, lekin train ko railway employee ka shav track par padhe hone ki wajah se rok diya gaya. Avinesh ne railway ki LARSGESS scheme ke through apne papa ki job li thi. Yih scheme employees ko apni job apne bete ya beti ko transfer karne ka option deti hai agar unhone 33 saal ki service complete kar li hai aur voluntary retirement ka option chuna hai. Par, yih scheme sirf pilot, pointsman, and trackman jaise roles ke liye hi hai.
