If any vehicle like private car comes to Parasnath (PNME) Railway Station to JUST drop off the rail traveller and returns back IMMEDIATELY, is he liable to pay Parking Charges of Rs. 20.00 ?
Railway Authorities must inquire into this and ascertain that nobody is asked to pay Parking Charge if he comes here for just drop off and doesn’t stay here even for a minute !!
